Attempting to beat the current Los Angeles heat wave, Anna Paquin was spotted hitting the beach for some fun in the sea.

The “True Blood” babe tried her hand at boogie boarding, sporting a tank top and a pair of denim shorts as the paparazzi looked on.

Anna’s fiancé Stephen Moyer recently told press that during the beginning of their relationship they both tried to keep the public focus on their Showtime gig rather than themselves.

“Neither of us wanted our relationship to be the story. It was very nice to be able to play our lives out without any attention. And it was funny, really, because we were living in Venice and everybody in Venice knew. We’ve got loads of cafes and restaurants that we go to, so it wasn’t like we weren’t being seen together.”

They’ve created an off-screen life with one another, and Stephen Moyer feels truly blessed to be working alongside fiancé Anna Paquin.

“We are very relaxed together on set, off set and that can only help with some of the things that we get asked to do,” Moyer tells of the pair’s work on the hit HBO show “True Blood”.

Talking about his engagement with Anna, Stephen reveals,

“We were very, very cagey. We kept tabs on our own relationship, let alone telling anybody because we were very concerned about how it would play out given that anybody who signed up to do one of these series signs for seven years. So, you don’t take a decision like that lightly.”

Meanwhile, the 39-year-old actor also spoke of the upcoming season 2 finale, which airs this Sunday at 9PM EST on HBO, saying,

“It’s everything that you would want from a season finale. But I don’t even want to make a hint at something because it’s so f–ing crazy. I could tell you something that’s going to happen, but you just won’t believe me, so it’s almost pointless.”

According to Star Pulse – Publicist for academy award winner and beloved True Blood star Anna Paquin dismissed rumors that Paquin is expecting her first child with co-star and fiance Stephen Moyer.

While the two have plans to be married, neither of them have plans to start a family together just yet.

Hey, True Blood Fans!  Can’t get enough of Anna Paquin?  This October, we will see the release of her horror venture Trick ‘r Treat, a cool looking movie that apparently has the blessing of Fangoria magazine and others.

The movie will concern several interwoven stories that deal with Halloween themes.  It appears that the movie will take a tongue-in-cheek approach to the horror genre and inject witty humor as well.  Hopefully, it will be as good as the preview.

Trick ‘r Treat appears to have had a difficult time being released.  According to the Internet Movie Database, the movie has been in many film festivals and the US release date still only is in film festivals.

Here is the exciting trailer! According to the site, it will be out October 6.  It appears to be a direct to DVD release, but it appears to be worth the wait.

The actor signed on to Screen Gems’ adaptation of the Korean comic to play Paul Bettany’s brother, while 90210 gal Lily Collins also joins as…who cares about her when there’s already Maggie Q in there! Okay, Collins plays the niece. Still, who cares?

The film follows Bettany as a butt-kicking cleric racing to save his niece form a pack of bloodsuckers led by Karl Urban. AND gets to look at Maggie Q. Mark your calendars for an August 2010 release, ’cause this looks increasingly awesome.
